The existing home owner inspection reports are a condensed version of the typical buyer or seller inspection reports. The report includes photos and lists out the action or suggested repair items in a quick and simple to access format for easy reference by homeowners.

Having a periodically scheduled property inspection will help homeowner plan and budget for repairs or tend to minor repairs before they become significant costly issues. Also, notate if there are any existing safety issues present that could present risks to the homes occupants.

An existing home owner inspection report costs less than half of a buyer or seller inspection report and per prior feedback from existing home owner clients, the report assists greatly with proper management and maintenance of their home or real estate investments.

Verbal Consultations are an even Cheaper Option

Verbal consultations are available for those who would like to walk through a property inspection in the same way the inspection would be done if a report were being completed. For verbal consultations, home owner or a representative would be present during the inspection and we will verbally mention items you should be aware of and you (the client) will list them down.

Cost for this type of inspection would normally be charged on just an hourly basis.
